Refund / cancellation requests may be emailed to sales@deltaphy.com.
The amount refunded will be the unused portion of the subscription period.
For example if you purchase 1 seat (12 month subscription) and you require a refund 3 months after the purchase date, then the remaining 9 months of the subscription period will be refunded.
In this example the refund will be 9/12 (75%) of the total cost.
Deltaphy reserves the right to review and possibly refuse refunds if multiple purchases and refunds occur over time.
